They gave me samples of the meats so I was able to choose wisely. Everything was amazing!!! I don’t usually order chicken at a BBQ restaurant but this melted in my mouth. I tried the pulled pork and brisket and it was the best I’ve ever had. We loved everything we ate. 5 stars!!!

My wife and I are from Alabama and this is the first BBQ place in the entire state of Utah that actually reminds us of southern bbq. My wife had the pulled pork which was moist and flavorful. I had the brisket, and while the menu says it includes the ends that can be a bit fatty, it was the perfect blend of fat and meat to create an amazing taste, just like the south. The cornbread reminded me of my grandmothers cornbread where the cinnamon streusel over the top provides a great flavor to the bread itself. It crumbled like real cornbread and was fantastic. The sweet potato fries also have a hint of cinnamon, giving it just the right kind of flavor without compromising the yam itself. The beans had the most delicious smoke flavor, with a hint of sweetness and meat chunks that would make anyone craving a sweet protein to enjoy every bite. The BBQ sauce was great too, and if you like a little bit of spicy go for the jalabama sauce. It is the perfect spicy sauce for just about any of their meats, especially the chicken. It was a quaint location, again reminding me of the south. It even had a broken window that seemed quite nostalgic. I am sure there is a story there so maybe the owner can share that. Overall, I can’t wait to come back and enjoy a piece of home once again. Definitely going to bring my best friends for dinner in the very near future.

This place is a classic! We love bringing our family here. Barbecue was amazing. The meals are huge, and the sides are delicious. It’s definitely somewhere we’ll come back to for work lunch or catering. It’s hilarious that the light switches are on the outside of the bathrooms. Give Jaelyn a raise!! She’s amazing!! She was courteous and sweet and speedy

Stopped in with guy friends because meat! Everyone got the brisket. I got chicken as my second meat and everyone else got ribs. The chicken was very moist and was topped with a ranch-like sauce. The brisket was melt in your mouth. There was meat and not fat like we've had at other places. The ribs were fall off the bone delicious. The corn bread was cakey and yummy. I wish it was warm and had butter on the plate with some honey. You can get butter at the utensil station. The baked beans and Mac and cheese were both delicious. I heard the fries were good too! A bit pricey and you get a 5 upcharge on the brisket and ribs. Would I come back? Yes I would!
